    2 pieces of low cal whole wheat bread (toasted) – 80 Cals

    70 grams avocado mashed with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper – 140 Cals

    85 grams mushrooms sautéed in veggie broth (topped with everything but the bagel seasoning) – 20 Cals

    25 grams cherry tomatoes with pepper – 25 Cals

    This might be a silly question but where is the protein mainly coming from?

    That looks good. I love wheat bread and mushrooms and adding avocado makes almost anything taste better!

    YUM how do you sauté the mushrooms?? Like how long ish/over what heat?
