Now, I’m all-in on a sausage egg and cheese, or any meat with egg and cheese really, but your presentation is why this probably won’t get much traction. For example, we can’t see the sausage really, and the cheese still looks cold. Placing the cheese onto the sausage after it’s freshly finished, then topping with the fried egg will help melt the cheese naturally and prevent the greasy slide of sausage and fried egg rubbing.
I guess what I’m trying to say is I would eat all 3 of those right now regardless of the stuff I just said.
