Hungarian salami and Pfefferbeisser snack sticks (far right and far left in the second picture) are ready. Sooo good. An so happy. 2 more lots to go then I give my curing chamber a wee test. The last 2 are a German salami and a smoked Italian Salami.

Just seen a video on pfefferbeissen. Never made it, curious is it similar to landjaeger? But more pepper? I make landjaeger all the time, like to give it a go.
