Incredible meal in one of Bangkok’s new restaurants. As far as I understand, an old restaurant that just changed Chef and concept. The new young European chef is incredible, one of the best meals I ever had anywhere. Best dishes was the massaman and fried bread, fermented rice noodles with peanut sauce, seaweed ice cream dessert with dry shrimp and tofu🤯🤯🤯. Can’t wait to go back.
