    No idea, but I’m commenting so I can follow this thread. I’m interested in a similar project, but I’m still in research mode.

  3. Well, you definitely don’t want the cedar. So, try looking for the same co-branded product without the cigar targeted features.

    And this might work but it is probably too small to do much at all. Even more so since you likely won’t be able to fit both meat and humidity control inside, if you need it, without doing through-wall modifications.

  4. What’s the temp range? Pretty much anything you can seal enough to maintain humidity and keep the correct temp can be a curing chamber.

    Having said that, at less than $300, I wouldn’t at all rely on it being able to keep a constant or accurate temp on it’s own.
