  2. I love the look of the desserts there, so fun. Apparently the pastry chef has been in the kitchen longer than anyone else, maybe since the restaurant opened.

  3. Pet peeve… I wise I could find a German fine dining menu which didn’t look utterly Identikit Global 5* Hotel Tasting Menu Hoping To Get A Michelin Star.

    I mean seriously if you spotted that carte in a random Las Vegas two star you wouldn’t blink an eye.

    Personally I blame that dude with the wasabi prawns…
