I never thought of preparing sweet potatoes like this. Sounds pretty good. My daughter’s favorite did is black beans. I need to make this for her.

Edit: A friend recommended to me once to add greek yogurt and salsa to my sweet potatoes and I thought he was joking but I tried it and it was bomb diggity.
