Had the chance to attend the Atomix x Odette collaboration and it was insanely good! I love Atomix of course but Chef Royer blew me away with how innovative and delicious his cooking was.
Looks beautiful and extremely filling (which is good but also a little scary for me, with a small appetite).

Usually if something here looks especially impressive or delicious there’s a little bit of excitement at the idea of maybe one day eating at places like either of these (actually have dined at Odette). These special one off events where its likely a one and done, never again tend to make me super jealous though.
