Boy, did this live up to the hype. Someone recently posted all the photos from this season, but I had to share my favorite dish and part of the experience: the reindeer tongue. The lemon thyme sauce that accompanied it we all could not get enough of it. They serve this course without utensils and we all used our fingers to finish it. Would’ve loved to have made an eggs Benedict with it. Best part, I asked our waitress to repeat it for dessert and they complied.

One other interesting tidbit: no bread course! They did serve a salad course though, which I appreciated.

  1. I was there in Aug for veg and weird they had bread course for some but I didn’t get any haha. This looks phenomenal though, can’t wait

  2. This dish was peak. I also loved the *spoilers* brain omelet and pumpkin tart

    Edit: My table did have sourdough bread the the fallow deer course. Did yours not?
