    Ingredients:

    Basmati rice – 1 cup.

    Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons.

Carrots – 2 medium. Peeled and shredded.

Baby Spinach – fresh leaves. About 2 cups. Chopped julienne style.

Tofu – firm kind. One block. Cubed.

Garlic – 3 to 4 fresh cloves. Finely minced.

    Ground Allspice – half teaspoon.

Salt & pepper – to taste.

    Cooking instructions:

Cook basmati rice (grain to water ratio is 1:2). Cool and fluff. Set aside.

In a saucepan, heat cooking oil and crisp up diced tofu by sautéing on medium heat. When they’re about done, add minced garlic and shredded carrots and let cook until they aren’t raw anymore. Now add the cooked basmati rice, chopped spinach, ground allspice, salt and pepper and give everything a good stir.

Serve it with your choice of sauce or dressing. I eat it with a touch of hot sauce.

This is exactly some bland shit I would eat cuz if you have a good hot sauce, you don’t need much else. lol

Glass of tepid water on the side and a fresh coat of paint on the dining room wall to look at while you eat, absolute perfection.

love tofu, pan fried or steamed or soup, excellent choice, a healthy food. Eat them hot and cold. In the summer, cut them into small pieces and serve with celery raw celery or carrots, add some lime juices.
