I was there in November and it’s one of my best ever meals. It is my wife’s actual best ever meal. So damn worth it, so damn fun. We had mostly the same courses as you, from what I can tell.

Everything looks really amazing besides those eels. I don’t think I could eat that dish either. The frosted salad also doesn’t look great to me. Was it frozen lettuce? Whenever I’ve had a salad where the lettuce is too cold and slightly frozen it’s been disgusting, but maybe I’m misreading it.
