    * 134 g Green Cabbage
    * 48 g carrots
    * 70 g red bell pepper
    * 68 g red cabbage
    * 2 bags of Beyond Steak
    * 2 servings low cal noodles
    * 1 can sliced water chestnuts
    * 2 green onions
    * 1/2 T oil for stir fry plus spray oil

    Sauce:
    * 3 T dark soy sauce (or use regular)
    * 1.5 T light soy sauce
    * 1.5 T vegan oyster sauce
    * .75 T sesame oil
    * 1 tsp sugar
    * 1 tsp white pepper
