Upton’s and Buona collaborated on a vegan beef you can get at Buona, and you can buy frozen at Jewel. Absolute game changer for me. The Italian beefs I made at home never hit the spot.
Now all I need to find is a good vegan gyros.

Not sure how many of you are near Chicago but Portillos added a vegetarian option last year (tried one when I visited.) So unbelievably good, I crave it all the time!
