Buckwheat, mushrooms, beets, and red cabbage for 454 kcal (72 kcal for mayonnaise included)

  1. * 50g buckwheat cooked with 100g water and salt
    * 100g home made red cabbage (salt, pepper, laurel, zero calorie sweetener)
    * 100g beets cooked
    * 1 pickled cucumber
    * 240g mushrooms, cooked with salt, pepper, and
    * 100g onion,
    * 1 garlic clove

    I added about 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise. You could eat it without or use low cal mayonnaise, of course.
    Let me just say it was a biiiig bowl and kept me full for a long time.
