Ok, so pics not in delivery order! (I’m new to this app…) pic 1 is burnt egg custard, absolutely delicious. Pic 2 was the main, actually the least impressive dish, still good though, fillet of beef with stuff… can’t remember exactly! Pic 3 haddock and eggs, mum Purnell’s remix, awesome, highlight of the evening for me. Pic 4 poached halibut, champagne and mushrooms veloute with caviar. Pic 5 was crab, with kohlrabi. We also had the wine flight, which always looks expensive when you consider the work that goes into the food production but I believe adds to the whole experience. The theatre, service and food was faultless. If you’re visiting the uk or Birmingham I would highly recommend. As a side note, you could look into the kitchen but the chef didn’t do ‘the rounds’ don’t have an issue with this but it is nice to meet the guy/gal doing the hard work !

That haddock and eggs dish is delicious. A firm favourite of mine years later.
