I relied on Vegetarian Times and similar other magazines to get me through early vegetarianism, it will have some good stuff in it.

A while back, I came across a Vegetarian Times recipe for Southwest cornbread stuffing. Probably the best holiday stuffing I’ve ever made. I hope that made it into this cookbook!
