Came here on a whim and was totally blown away. Completely deserving of a star, imo. Would not be surprised if they got one next year, as they are pretty new (opened just this past summer).
Dishes were all very inventive and most if not all involved some degree of fermentation, which was fun. Service was also very good.
Completely stunning setting and architecture certainly didn’t hurt either!
