Nice! I was going to make a post from when we visited last weekend but looks like you saved me the trouble. We had virtually the same menu but instead of scallop we had their famous uni toast.

I’m confused by the first picture. It seems like the flowers are imprinted onto the top of the drink as well as the cup itself?

The carrot blew my mind. How something so simple Can turn into such a complex flavor? It was ridiculously good.
