Roasted veggies, dumplings and Korean BBQ sauce – 323 cal, 25g protein

    Ingredients:
    100g broccoli florets
    65g carrots
    90g zucchini

    Roasted the veggies at 425F for 20 mins with salt and pepper (no oil)

    The dumplings brand is Siwin, 5 dumplings is 200 cal and 17.5g protein

    My quick inauthentic Korean bbq sauce recipe is:

    4 tsp soy sauce, 1.5 tsp rice vinegar, 1.5 tsp gochujang, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 4 tsp water, 1/2 tsp corn or tapioca starch, 1/4 tsp maple syrup (optional), and stevia to taste (I used 5 drops). Whisk it together really well until the starch isn’t clumpy, and microwave until it bubbles and thickens (~30 sec but watch it carefully).

    Looks like the Siwin dumplings are only available in Canada. Anyone have similar high protein dumplings available in the US?

    Fuck yeah! I am saving this for later. Is the Korean bbq sause necessary? I don’t want to get all those things just for this. Is there something I can buy to replace the sauce?
