    I more or less followed this recipe (it called for large carrots, I only have baby carrots)

    I kept the marinade the same, with a few tweaks. I added about five or so tiny drops of liquid smoke and a little bit of Old Bay seasoning. I also added a bit of dried dill. I used nurrish brand cream cheese and I gotta say, that’s the best cream cheese alternative I’ve ever had.

  2. I’ve made these a few times and always really enjoyed them, but did find that I had to adjust the recipes I found online.
