Exceptional experience at Da Terra, the place is very elegant and yet very warm and not stuffy, make you feel comfotarble, also no dress code and from looking around the restaurant the range of how people dressed was very wide and they all was welcomed.

THE FOOD: every dish was amazingly balanced and full of flavour, in contrast to other fine dining restaurants where the creativity is present but taste lacking sometimes, here everything was just perfect, the table sat next to me of 6 knowledgeable foodies seem to agree.

Chef Cagali takes some brazilian and italian ingrediants but uses them to make dishes with flavours that anybody can love, my favourites was the stout cup & scallop (the middle bite in the 3rd pic), the datteriny (4th pic), and the Romeo & Juliette cheese and guava pre dessert (10th pic).

In terms of the other dishes, everything was just amazing and I added a picture of the menu as I can’t recall alot of ingrediants so I figured out that the menu will do the best explanation.

Feel free to ask me anything that you like

Looks incredible! Can’t wait to go next month. What was your favourite course?

  2. I remember being served by Rafael Cagali back he was at the Aulis special table; then next time I’m in London I suddenly found out he now has 2 stars at his own place! — well deserved, the Brasilian/Italian influence was a lot of fun.

Good choice of wine — my fav Alsace producer.
