    Step 1: cook the rice

    Step 2: cut smoked tofu into slices and pan-fry for a few minutes on each side

    Step 3: cut of veggies of choice

    Step 4: mix sriracha and mayo

    Step 5: assemble your bowl and eat with seaweed snacks
