I started counting calories yesterday. It is harder than I thought because I was not aware of the amount of calories I was eating. Today I was craving a burger so I made this. The sauce is so good!
Recipe:
– 1 vegan burger patty (90g)
– 200g Cauliflower baked with smoked Paprika, salt and 1/2 tsp oil
– 50g Lettuce
– 50g Tomato
– 25g pickles
– 25g onions
– dressing:
– 10g vegan cream
– 5g mustard
– 1 tsp nutritional yeast
