    Right, is this… Roasted chestnuts, cress, sweet potato, chickpeas, brocoli, hummus and avacado? It looks delish!

    This is curry roasted kabocha squash (40 calories for a cup! And one of my fav veggies) avocado, roasted chickpeas, home sprouted broccoli sprouts, roasted mushrooms, and quick steamed broccoli and hummus. And I eat 90% of my meals on a bed of greens. Once you start eating super veg heavy you really start to crave it. It was an adjustment at first and everyone comments about how I must fart a lot eating this much broccoli but I really feel great and am always super satiated. Like a lot of you Im a volume eater, I cannot eat a granola bar and be full. I need 12 granola bars. So loading up on veggies makes me feel full but never uncomfortable.

  7. I’ve never heard of that kind of squash…Is it a regional thing? I’m assuming you get it at the grocery store?
