Apologize for the lack of menu item descriptions.. The restaurant does not print menus as a matter of policy and I was not taking notes as the servers offered descriptions.
Suffice to say this was an excellent experience, and at the price point (spent $180 for the set menu and a couple glasses of saki) it is a value in my opinion. The dining room ambiance and overall experience, including the service, is wonderful. Highly recommend when in Taipei
