Amazing restaurant, great vibe, the dishes are quite familiar to things I’ve had throughout my life but just done to such high degree of quality with amazing ingredients. Loved the fact that it was in Wales in the middle of nowhere and we had rooms to go enjoy our food coma in. Was an amazing experience. Handful of pics for you guys.

This is one of the more interesting looking menus I’ve seen posted on here. Was hoping I’d read the comments and it would be located somewhere nearby, but, alas, Wales is a bit of a hike!
