  1. I have been for dinner at this beautiful place. Was on my list since chef Alex was at Greenhouse restaurant, but never had the chance.
-Location is really beautiful simple but elegant in the same time.
    – Food is exceptional, i had the pleasure to work and eat in many fine dining but this level of finess, precision and perfect executed food with this high quality product is really something rare to find nowadays especially in the Europezone(similar level is Ryugin but is Japanese Kaiseki cuisine and is in Asia so is a bit different ).
    – Service is really professional, clean and calm, the dishes are well explained. They almost made a mistake given the wrong plate between me and my mate but the guy was super smart covering the error with a little joke. They were not much friendly,in the sense of, they didn’t ask much about us and we didn’t have any conversation during the meal except the classi “how is going ” but after the meal i had a real cool conversation with two of the Foh staff about the industry and i love it.
    – Attention to detail : in the toilet there is a precise pyramid of towels for cleaning your hand and every time you go in, the pyramid is perfectly rebuilt, insane.
    – Overall absolutely recommended the visit, especially for this price(for me was 230 pounds per person) because i think they will get directly 2 stars(they deserve it )and the price will increase quit a bit i guess

  2. Looks great, is definitely on my list.

People I know that have gone agree with you that it will probably go 2* in pretty short order.
