Hello,

Gone through much trouble getting this 3lbs. Peice of guaniciale, cured prok jawl used for corbonara and amatriciana pastas.
I let it sit for 2 weeks before cutting it up, vacumm sealing and freezing.

In the 2 weeks it waited it developed a bit of white mold.

Wanted to get you opinion is it still safe for consumption
