The entire team at Valhalla was excellent. Celebrated my birthday there tonight. Opted to go al a carte because there was 4 of us, which let us try the entire menu. Really exceptional meal. I can’t see how they don’t get a star when the Michelin guide rolls around. It blew some of the recent 1 star spots I’ve done recently out of the water.
I’ll opt for the tasting menu next time just to try it, but I can confidently say this was the best al a carte menu I’ve done – really exceptional execution. I didn’t post a pic of everything, huge dinner as well!
