    Hi everyone,

I didn’t see too many posts about Hayato so I thought I’d share my experience.

TL;DR: Amazing food and experience, and I would highly recommend going if you get the chance.

I was able to go to Hayato and it was an amazing experience to say the least. I would highly recommend going if you get the opportunity. I included captions under each photo so I won’t go into too much detail regarding the food, but if you have any questions feel free to ask. The dinner started at 6:30 PM and upon arriving we were greeted by Yuki-san, the only waitress within the establishment. She was very warm and welcoming and promptly sat us at our seats. Within a few seconds or minutes, Chef Brandon pour each guest at the counter a small cup of sake as a welcome. Overall, the food was amazing. I thought most dishes were incredibly well seasoned and prepared, and some of dishes just absolutely blew me away. Of all the dishes, my favorites would be: Spiny lobster with lobster roe, kue with tosazu jelly, the clam and satsuma tempura, abalone with liver sauce, and the seared duck breast with tokyo turnip. However, one thing I didn’t like was the fact that melon and fruits were served as a dessert, kind of felt like a cop out. But despite that the fruit itself was very refreshing and delicious, I just expected something more but that’s just my own problem. I’m sure there are others that would disagree. The total time it took was about 4 hours and all in all, it was definitely a great experience and I will definitely be back again.
