This was the tasting menu we did, didn’t opt for the wine pairing but did do an add-on of their signature “Mad Toast” for $25.
I thought that “You and I” had the most interesting taste of the dishes. Very much enjoyed starting off with the Chef’s snacks as well.
Good option if you’re in the area.

Went there over the summer and wasn’t too impressed. Hopefully they’ve improved
