I finally got to try these. 21 crisps for 120 cals and a really good alternative to tortilla chips (7 chips for 140 cals). What’s your favorite tortilla chip replacement?

  1. I just put some seasoning on a 60 cal Flatout and toast it until crispy.

Cut it up into chips. Usually end up with about 16 pieces.

I get the bite-sized (round) Tostitos.

It’s 130 for 20 of them. And I don’t have any sacrifice in the flavor or texture because they are just smaller Tostitos.

Don’t get me wrong, I love popcorners. I like all of the flavored rice cake and popcorn-based chips. The texture’s really yummy.

But when I want tortilla chips, I want actual tortilla chips so that’s what I have.

  3. cut thin corn tortilla into quarters (like the mission brand thin corn street taco tortillas) and air fry them! tortilla chips but for less cals. i think theyre 90 for 3 tortillas

Corn taco shells (one ingrediant ones you find in the freezer) a pair of scissors and a toaster oven… sometimes add some spices and enjoy with home made hummus (chickpea can, soft tofu and jalapenos in water blended)

I discovered these a couple of months ago. I like them for the low calories like you stated. I usually eat them with some hommus.

  6. I lile Xochitl tortilla chips, they’re super thin so you can eat more of them.

I’m usually good with plain salted popcorn but sometimes I like to do thinly sliced carrots with salsa.

  8. I straight up make air popped popcorn in a paper back in the microwave and add a little olive oil and salt. Just 190 calories (and a ton of healthy fiber) for 8 cups of popcorn!

Snacklins! Quite pricey (12 bags for $30) but soooo good, and you get a LOT of bang for your buck. They are like pork rinds but made with mushrooms, super crunchy and great flavors. Really scratches the ‘chip’ itch.

  10. I make my own with low calorie tortillas! I usually air fry them but baking works too!
