  1. Salad (pictured) is **1/2** of the following:

    * 1/2 cucumber
    * 71 g corn
    * 1/4 c edamame
    * 62 g orange
    * 59 g bell pepper
    * lettuce
    * 4 Beyond “Chicken” tenders
    * Topping: Target brand wonton strips, green onion, & cilantro

    1 serving Dressing:

    * 2 tsp vinegar
    * 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari
    * 1/2 T white miso paste
    * 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    * minced fresh ginger, about 1/2 tsp or more
    * 1 to 2 T sweetener (adjust to your taste, I used splenda)
    * 1 T BBQ sauce (Ray’s no sugar added)
    * water to thin

  2. How do you like the Beyond tenders? I know the Beyond brats are insanely good, but I’m curious how their “chicken” measures up.
