  1. One of the best services! So attentive and swift. 19 course and we finished less than two hours 🤯, which is exactly the kind of speed we look for!

    (Paul Bocuse had us waiting over 30 minutes between each dish and that became the worst four hour meal with lackluster food and wine I have ever had in a Michelin restaurant.)

    I loved most of the dishes. Some perhaps could use some more refinement but very solid nonetheless.

    I think they deserve at least one star. Heck even Gary Danko has one star, and lazy bear has two. In my eyes kiln blows Gary Danko and Lazy Bear out of the water, both in terms of service and food. Wine program might be weaker than lazy bear.
