Did a Reindeer steal the chef’s wife?

I’m glad you enjoyed all the blood, sweat, tears, emotional abuse and time theft sacrificed by others so you could brag on social media.

Alright, fine, I’ll say it. I just don’t get it.
Some items on this menu seem like a massive psychology experiment.

This food looks like a concept is prioritised over the visual or taste appeal.

A reindeer penis… how was it?

Wow interesting combination. Pity they are shutting down. Have been there twice. Good food & immaculate service. Wish they could stay open. Fine dining is suffering under this recession.

This looks deeply unappetizing.

Heehehe deer penis
….but in all seriousness, what a fascinating meal. Looks like the flavors would be magical and quite intriguing. Any favorite dish? Any least favorite?

God I love Noma

Its like they stumbled across a carcass and took what even the animals wouldnt eat and then called it “fine dining”. None of this is appealing nor appetizing.

What did you think if the brain dish?
As a hunter I’ve tried most of the food here (not brains or penis yet..take it how you want😂)

It’s wilder than a deer dong ragu that some people come to comment about something seemingly outside their scope of reference. If you staged and have a gripe, or had a reasonable take, I’m not talking about you and you can take comfort in the same.
Even if I didn’t like the looks of a dish, I’m not going to broadly criticize this spot to a sharing diner’s face just because I read half of a NYT article or saw a comedy film recently. I’d wager people are just a bit rude.
I bet I could post 100 restaurants where staff had wages stolen outright and nobody would mention it, but Noma is the one who gets hyped on interns. Even 20 years ago, Charlie Trotter had split takes by staff for the same.
Do people want to see people post their fine dining pictures and personal experiences, or do they want to scare people away with matters better suited for a courtroom?
