The food and service was fantastic. Highly recommend going there. The four of us were a bit worried at first because it was very quiet in the dining room and we love to laugh and interact with the staff. As soon as the lead came over those worries went away. Every single staff member was very outgoing, joking around with us etc etc.
3 of us did the wine pairing and the other member of our party did a cocktail pairing that featured vodka as the main liquor.
We ended the night in the Observatory room next door at their bar “After”. Great cocktails and atmosphere. The Espresso Martini was quite delicious.
Last note: We got the chance to talk to Chef Curtis Duffy for about 40 minutes. VERY down to earth. It was fun just shooting the shit with him and getting to know him.

Ever is a wonderful experience. It’s so beautiful inside, and I love how private every table feels. I think that helps with giving each group their preferred experience; quiet, joyful, conversational, interactive.
The mocktail pairing is also very good at Ever. There’s just never a meal when I want 8 pourings, regardless of size, but a drink pairing that enhances the experience of the food is divine, so I love that they have the option.
