1200 Calorie Vegan July 9, 2020For only 2 calories I can increase the volume of my oatmeal by 30% and get 50% of my daily fiber. Add 2 Tbsp to 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal and add liquid till you get the thickness you want. You can also replace about 1/3 of the flour in cookies with this and save calories that way. I love this stuff!
